This songs been out there for a couple hours but I decided to hold back for the CDQ version, and surely enough it turned up. Jay finally decides to address all the Illuminati and free masonry tales surrounding him. He does just that, dismissing them as fairy tales, so I guess that’s that. Or is it? I can’t be bothered.

Ross is back with another ‘bach hit. As always the production team J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League getting together with the bawse is such a potent combination and MMIII is no exception. Coming just days before the release of his much anticipated Teflon Don here goes another grandiose ode to the bawse’s favoured mode of transportation. T.I., Jadakiss, and Erykah Badu are along for the ride as well.

Damn Kanye and No I.D cook up a mean set. Another ridiculous sample from Mr. West with the slightly screwed up “you’ve got the feeling”, as expected when the ‘Bawse’ meets Mr. West you get an ode to stuntin’ and this is no exception. However, I must say Ross does have a better grasp of the title’s content than Kanye, he manages to reflect on all the vanity and seamlessly tie in the floss rap. With bars like “ice insured, ___k life insurance/ I live for the moment and put a bullet on it/”,

“seems like we getting money for the wrong things/ look around maserati’s for the whole team/ look at Haiti children dying round the clock n____/ I sent a hundred grand but that’s a decent watch n____”.

Now that’s cold.

I gotta say, Ross made a good choice picking F. Gary Gray to conceptualize and direct this short. The two things I love about it are 1.) Harley’s and 2.)Stacey Dash (u gotta love Stacey). Rick Ross’s “Teflon Don” out July 6th; and yeah, Ne-Yo delivers a sick hook.
